Reverend Raymond Baah Abekah

David said, “I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord” (Psalm 121: 1). It is on this note that I, the Minister – in – Charge of the Ghanaian Presbyterian Church, Toronto, would like to welcome you to our Church website, which aims at projecting Christ and His transforming word to everyone who responds to the call of God. We are a Community of the Presbyterian families: The Presbyterian Church of Ghana and the Presbyterian Church in Canada. As a church, we have a mandate to spread the word of God through any genuine means using various platforms. During the days of Nehemiah, Ezra stood on a platform to preach the word of God to his people. Over the years, men and women of God have used different platforms to propagate the Gospel of Christ. In our present day, the internet has become another platform by which our church can reach out to you in your homes, offices, cars, etc. As a church, we desire to get closer to you with the unchanging word of God to this ever changing world. A world where many people don’t find meaning in life and for that matter decide to end it at any time they deem fit. It is worthy to note, that we as a church would like to bring you hope in the face of hopelessness through the power in the blood and the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. This site is to bring you more closely to God than before. It is to inform, educate and challenge you to love God more and also to walk closely with Him in your day to day life. Remember that, “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that if you believe in Him, you would not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). God really loves you and the only way by which you can also love Him back is to obey Him by accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. When are you going to make such a bold and of course the wisest decision in your life? Today may be the day of salvation. Today may also be the day that you would receive that unmerited Favor of God. The Lord is at your door still knocking and the choice is yours either to accept Him or not. May the Lord be with you. Amen!
